Project Overview

Springboard approached us due to their current website no longer performing as it should. The goal was to design and develop a brand new website which gave users a better understanding of what Springboard had to offer, showcase their courses in an easy to read format and ultimately lead to more applications.

New, improved course search

One of the main priorities was a greatly improved search. The old search panel was a simple free text box which allowed users to type in anything. This ultimately lead to dead-ends and high bounce rates. We changed this to allow the user two distinct categories to narrow down into; skill level and subjects. This ensured that users would always be returned with at least one result and ensured no more negative results.

User Experience

The old Springboard website had a massive amount of content and pages already so we knew one of the first things we had to do was sit down and organise the content in a more efficient and make the website much easier to use. We simplfied the menu and navigation, removing unnessary dropdowns and items to keep it clear and concise.

During lockdown this year, DEBUT remained engaged via telephone calls and frequent updates. They created various drafts of the website and kept us in the loop throughout the process. We are so happy with the new look of the website, and it's ease of use.
